NORDIC WALKING & "gesund.wandern"Fit with staves: Nordic Walking is a real moodlifter and an allround-remedy for little aches and pains. It is easily learnable and twice as effective as walking without staves. It improves the cardiovascular performance and is considered the perfect anti-stress training.
Perfect terrain: The terrain couldn’t be better for the healthy walking with staves. The aim is either the prevention or healing of ailment respectively the abatement of pains. 16 specially marked paths are at your disposal.
Depending on your personal fitness you can choose between terrain walking paths of different levels, just like the differently marked ski slopes in winter: blue (easy), red (middle) and black (quite strenuous). Of course, several rest areas are provided as well.
Six times a week you have the possibility to participate in Nordic walking classes or the "gesund.wandern" programme under professional instruction.
Our philosophy:
Not the performance is important, but the joy and pleasure in healthy workout!
