4. Experience Prinzenberg Natrun

The Prinzenberg is a truly incredible experience for young and old! In addition to the castle-themed playground, thethemed hike with collector’s pass, the Prinzensee lake and the archery course, the Natrun forest rope park is an absolute highlight! And there are five fast-paced slides in the forest slide parkto take you back down into the valley.

5. Enjoy a peaceful marble run on Karbachalm

A new highlight is the marble run hiking trail in Mühlbach, which is one of the longest in the Alps! There’s so much to discover on Karbachalm. In addition to Toni’s Almspielplatz play area and various play stations, this unique circular trail boasts a length of over 2 kilometres. Each station is the perfect spot to play, discover and wonder at your surroundings. And once you get to the top, you can whizz back down into the valley with the mountain carts.

6. Hike the ‘Rocky Sea’

A hike along the Steinernes Meer is a slightly more active challenge. We are happy to prepare a small breakfast package so you can get started early. The challenging climb is rewarded with fantastic views. And if you’ve still got a little energy left in the tank, after a small refreshment at Riemannhaus, you can embark on an impressive summit tour to Sommerstein, Breithorn or Schönegg.

7. Explore the region by e-bike

In addition to challenging mountain bike tours and cool flow trails, you can also take advantage of a well-developed network of e-bike charging stations in the Hochkönig region. The guided bike tours from BikeMax are a particular highlight. Almost every day, you can explore the best routes around Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach with Max and his team. The weekly technique training sessions are also highly recommended for adults and children!
