Check-in starts at 15:00. We kindly ask guests to check out by 10:30 at the latest. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 20:00.
No, pets are not allowed in the Hotel Niederreiter.
We accept payment in cash or card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB).

We ask our guests to transfer in advance a deposit of 30% of the total price.
The deposit will be kept by the hotel as a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than one month before the scheduled date of arrival. If you don't arrive without making a cancellation first, we will charge 100% of the total price of your booking.
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, the AGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry) apply to our house.
Cancellation conditions summer 2021
In order to plan your holiday as carefree as possible we created the Niederreiter-guarantee.
For bookings in the summer of 2021, we guarantee the option to cancel up to 14 days before arrival - no questions asked.
You can cancel up to 2 days prior to arrival free of charge, if one of the following scenarios occur:
- A travel warning for the province of Salzburg is issued
- A state-mandated quarantine for travellers out of the province of Salzburg
- You test positive for Covid-19 (documentation of positive test result required)
- The district Zell am See is flagged red according to the Austrian Corona traffic light system
- Travelling is not possible due to border closure
Should one of these scenarios occur, we will cancel your booking free of charge. Your deposit will be transferred into a voucher with no expiration date and can be used for any other future booking. Alternatively, if desired, we’ll be happy to fully refund your deposit.
We recommend that guests purchase holiday cancellation insurance.
